摘要：目的 观察鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤放疗患者的急性毒性反应，总结其护理措施。方法 回顾性分析21例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤放疗患者在治疗期间观察的急性毒性临床表现特征及护理处理方法和近期疗效。结果 均出现不同程度的毒副反应，以口腔黏膜反应、皮肤反应、胃肠道、白细胞下降为主。结论 护理人员加强鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤放疗急性毒性反应的观察与护理，是放疗顺利进行的保证。

    Abstract：Objective The observation of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma radiotherapy in patients with acute toxicity reaction， summarize the nursing measures.
