从患者满意度谈人文医德建设(1)
摘要:目的 探讨人文医德建设在整个医疗服务过程中的重要性。方法 对我院2013~2015年卫计委第三方测评群众满意行风测评群众满意度调查等资料进行回顾性分析。结果 我院在省卫计委的17家直属医疗机构和4家中央在川医疗机构的总体得分排名中,连续3年排名第一。结论 医院不断加强人文医德建设,人文医德贯穿于医疗服务始终,可促进患者满意度提高。关键词:患者满意度;人文;医德
