摘要：目的 探讨腹部手术后引流管管口使用藻酸盐敷料促进愈合的效果。方法 选择患者90例，分为治疗组45例和对照组45例，治疗组用藻酸盐敷料换药，对照组用凡士林敷料换药，观察两组引流口愈合时间。结果 治疗组引流管管口愈合时间(4.31±0.90)d，对照组引流管管口愈合时间(5.31±2.00)d，P<0.01，差异有统计学意义。结论 藻酸盐敷料有利于腹部手术后引流管管口的愈合，有效减轻患者痛苦。
