摘要：目的 探讨合理应用现代信息技术干预护理管理对护理质量的影响。方法 将现代信息技术应用在护理管理中，对比干预前后护理满意率和护士成绩。结果 干预后，护理满意率上升至(94.23%)；干预后护士护理理论成绩分值及操作能力分值均高于干预前。P均<0.05。结论 现代信息技术应用在护理管理中，能有效提高护士护理理论知识水平和操作技能水平，护理质量得到患者高度认可。
