摘要：目的 探究口咽通气管在院前急救与转运中的应用价值。方法 选取院前急救患者100例作为本次研究对象，所有患者在院前急救以及运转中均需辅助通气治疗。按照中心随机法将患者分为2组，实验组接受口咽通气管治疗，对照组则接受紧闭式吸氧治疗，对比2组患者辅助通气的差异性。结果 实验组气管开置时间、置入时间、血氧饱和度上升时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口咽通气管可以有效缩短院前急救患者的氧气吸入时间以及血氧饱和度上升时间。
