摘要：目的 了解住院恶性肿瘤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的相关因素，为预防下肢深静脉血栓提供参考依据。方法 采用以医院为基础的1：n病例对照研究方法对2011年6月～2012年2月在我院血液科住院的41例发生下肢深静脉血栓的恶性肿瘤患者及同期住院的345例未发生血栓的恶性肿瘤患者进行下肢深静脉血栓相关因素的回顾性病历资料分析。结果 单因素分析发现住院恶性肿瘤患者中合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者特点为年龄大(t=2.379，P=0.018)、高WBC(t=2.314，P=0.021)、低RBC(t=2.009，P=0.045)、低HB(t=2.108，P=0.036)、低白蛋白(t=3.090，P=0.002)；Logistic回归分析发现低白蛋白(P<0.01)是住院恶性肿瘤患者下肢静脉血栓形成的危险因素。结论 对于合并低蛋白血症的恶性肿瘤患者要警惕其住院期间发生下肢深静脉血栓。
