摘要：目的 探讨米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院诊治的45例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者资料，均给予米非司酮15 mg口服，1次/d，连续口服3个月为1个疗程，观察治疗效果及药物副作用。结果 经过治疗后45例患者中37例出现药物性闭经，5例恢复正常月经，3例月经量较之前明显减少。患者贫血症状改善明显，B超检查子宫内膜厚度较治疗前明显改善，P<0.05。结论 米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血疗效确切，副作用少，值得进一步推广应用。
