摘要：目的 探讨如何在临床实习期让护理生质量地完成学业并能顺利过渡成为合格的护理人员。方法 加强护士的职业情感、实习期间的理论与实践操作培训、提高带教老师的带教水平、改进传统的教学方法等。结果 护生实习质量在不断得到提高。结论 科学的实践教学方法对从根本上提高护理人员的整体素质有一定的影响。
