摘要：目的 探索新医改体制下县级医院实施护士岗位管理的方法，合理配置护理人力，稳定护理队伍，推动护理改革。方法 护理部按照护理岗位设置的原则，通过对各护理单元的分类、定岗及护理人员的分级情况，对全院护士进行科学化、规范化的岗位设置，加强培训考核，逐步从身份管理转变为岗位管理。结果 完善了护理岗位分类，制定了各层级岗位说明书，明确了岗位职责，加强护士分层级培训、考核及晋级工作，使护理人力资源合理配置。结论 科学实施护士岗位设置，创新人事管理体制，优化了护理人力资源管理。
