摘要：以蟾蜍为实验动物，通过实验项目设计与技术操作的重构与改进，探索仅用同一只蟾蜍连续开展10多个生理学实验项目的综合性实验方法，从而一蟾多用，有效提高蟾蜍利用率，增加实验项目，强化学生技术操作能力。

    Abstract：Using a toad as the experimental animal， this article explored a method of the comprehensive physiological experiment via refactoring and improving experimental design and technical operations of ten physiological experimental programs. The experiment will effectively increase the utilization of the toad and the number of physiological experiment programs， and improve students' technical skills.
