摘要：细胞培养技术是生物医学研究中最常用和最重要的技术之一，本文就心肌细胞的经典培养模型和新进展作一综述。

    Abstract：Cell culture is one of the most commonly used and the most important techniques in the biomedical research. In this paper， the classical cardiomyocyte culture methods and the latest progress in this field are reviewed.
