摘要：目的 针对中重度吞咽障碍患者给予针刺治疗，并探究分析其疗效。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年1月本院收治的84例患者作为本次观察对象，将其以掷硬币法平均分成两组，给予吞咽训练的患者设为对照组，联合针刺治疗视为观察组，对比分析两组患者治疗前后的饮水试验分级以及疗效情况。结果 治疗后观察组饮水试验(1.76±1.03)级显著低于对照组的(2.83±1.12)级，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的有效率为92.86%，对照组为64.29%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺治疗中重度吞咽困难有一定的疗效。
