摘要：目的 观察水胶体敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法 随机选择40例压疮患者分为2组，对照组采用生理盐水清洗后无菌纱布覆盖：观察组采用水胶体敷料及3M透明贴。结果 观察组压疮好转速度明显快于对照组。结论 使用水胶体敷料及3M透明贴，可以保护和促进肉芽生长，减轻换药痛苦，明显缩短治愈的时间。
