摘要：为探讨背部穴位挑治术治疗痔疮的临床疗效，回顾性分析采用背部穴位挑治术治疗的50例痔疮患者资料。结果显示，本组50例患者均一次性治疗成功。术后发生遗留瘢痕4例，吻合口出血2例，无1例发生术后便血、肛周不适、术后感染。门诊治疗时间40～60 min。随访3个月～2年，均无复发。结果表明，背部穴位挑治术治疗痔疮疗效肯定，门诊治疗方便，时间短，患者痛苦小，恢复快，术后并发症少，安全有效。
