摘要：目的 分析糖尿病患者伤口护理中应用湿性疗法的临床效果。方法 将90例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加以湿性疗法进行护理。结果 观察组护理有效率97.78%，显著高于对照组的68.89%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.3947，P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度100.0%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.2896，P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者伤口护理中应用湿性疗法，有助于缩短伤口恢复时间。
