摘要：面部热敷疗法是一种简单、便捷、有效的传统保健治疗方法。原理是利用热敷的热作用使肌肉松弛，局部血管扩张，促进血液循环，改善周围组织的营养，并增强中药的治疗作用，使药效得到充分的发挥而治疗一些疾患。此法适用于治疗面神经炎急性期、青春痘、部分眼病、失眠等，也可用于缓解皮肤干燥，促进面部肌肤健康等。面部热敷疗法简便，经济实用，效果良好，有很好的推广和发扬意义。
