摘要：通过对老年高血压患者的发病机制，较全面地了解他们的心理特点及对疾病的影响，研究恰当的、针对性的心理护理对策，达到密切护患关系，提高了患者的依从性和自我保健意识，避免各种急性并发症及不良事件的发生，提高了患者的生活质量的目的。

    Abstract：The pathogenesis of elderly patients with hypertension， with a full understanding of their psychological characteristics and effects of the disease， according to research that appropriate psychological nursing measures， achieve the close relationship between nurses and patients， improve patient compliance and self health care consciousness， avoid acute complications and adverse events and improve the patient's quality of life.
