摘要：目的 研究胆囊收缩素(CCK)与肝内胆管结石形成的相关性。方法 随机选择肝内胆管结石患者50例为实验组；另外随机选择无肝内胆管结石患者50例作为对照组；术前空腹抽肘前静脉血2 ml；离心后取上清液严格按试剂盒使用说明进行测定。所有数值以(x±s)表示，两组比较用t检验，采用SPSS统计软件处理分析。结果 实验组患者术前血清中的胆囊收缩素水平明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血浆中的胆囊收缩素水平与肝内胆管结石的形成具有明确的相关性。
