摘要：目的 介绍一种防水皮硝腹带的设计与应用。方法 防水皮硝腹带包括普通的医用腹带及组成防水敷药部件的防水隔层、防水海绵条和吸水海绵条组成，利用防水隔层和防水海绵条将皮硝析出的液体隔离，再利用吸水海绵条将液体吸收，从而达到不外渗的效果。结果 防水皮硝腹带制作简单，节省人力，有效的避免了液体的渗出，增加了患者的舒适度和活动度。结论 防水皮硝腹带有效的吸收了皮硝析出的液體，降低了患者更换皮硝的次数，提高了患者的舒适度。
