摘要：目的 探讨老年患者麻醉诱导期采取依托咪酯与咪达唑仑对血流动力学的影响。方法 选取90例我院收治的老年手术患者，观察不同时间点的血流动力学指标变化。结果 咪达唑仑组各项指标均优于依托咪酯组，P<0.05。结论 在老年人的诱导期，依托咪酯与瑞芬太尼的复合麻醉在维持血流动力学稳定上，小于咪达唑仑。
