摘要：目的 探讨人工流产后优质计划生育服务的价值及为患者带来的益处。方法 采用类实验法统计比较新疆医科大学第一附属医院及新疆医科大学附属中医医院2013全年和2014全年(开展PAC优质服务后)人工流产量，重复流产量，术后避孕落实率及因PAC优质服务而节约的费用。(两家医院开展PAC优质服务均在2014年)。结果 流产后优质计划生育服务可明显降低人工流产率、重复流产率，提高术后避孕措施立即落实率。结论 从经济学角度：流产后优质计划生育服务可降低全国乃至全世界每年在人工流产中所产生的费用。
