摘要：目的 分析老年慢性支气管哮喘患者进行临床路径护理的临床效果。方法 抽取108例老年慢性支气管哮喘患者分为两组，其中54例常规护理患者为对照组，54例临床路径护理患者为观察组。结果 观察组护理后生活质量、认知功能较对照组提高，住院时间较对照组缩短，晨晚间PEF较对照组高，P<0.05。结论 临床路径护理能提高老年慢性支气管哮喘患者生存质量。
