摘要：精神障碍具体指的是人类意志、情感以及认知等心理过程以及人格偏离正常人群，同时没有能力依照社会认为适宜的方式展开行动，无法适应社会。精神障碍患者的终生患病率大概在1.7%左右，其中30%～75%患者的疾病出现和生活境遇以及心理因素密切相关，所以对于精神疾病患者的心理护理目前受到了临床各界的广泛重视，本文就精神心理护理技术的進展作一综述。
