摘要：目的 观察和胃降逆汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法 64例符合纳入标准的胃食管反流病患者随机分为两组，治疗组34例，对照组30例。治疗组以中药和胃降逆汤加减治疗，与采用奥美拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和多潘立酮片治疗的对照组比较。结果 治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 和胃降逆汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的疗效明确。
