摘要：目的 评价超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 对手术后证实的乳腺癌35例的超声图像进行分析，分析内容包括肿块的内部回声、边缘形状，是否有钙化，后方回声是否衰减以及周围组织情况等。结果 典型乳腺癌超声声像特征：外形不规则，纵横比>1，沙粒样钙化，后方回声衰减，见彩色血流信号。结论 超声对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值，但仍有其局限性。
