摘要：目的 探讨宫颈出血样本是否会影响人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检测的结果。方法 采用随机选取2015年3月～12月我院妇科筛查宫颈高危型HPV病毒感染的患者900例，选择其中宫颈出血样本289例为观察组，不出血样本611例为对照组，观察两组HPV感染情况。结果 宫颈出血样本HPV感染率为16.26%，不出血样本HPV感染率为17.18%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宫颈样本出血不会影响HPV感染检测的结果。
