摘要：该文通过对部分医疗机构在用医疗器械的评价性抽验及其过程中的相关调研总结，对医疗机构在用医疗器械产品的质量现状进行分析，并从法规、标准、存在问题、解决对策四方面进行研讨，为在用医疗器械设备的安全有效使用做出参考。

    Abstract：Based on the related research in medical institutions for medical devices evaluation sampling process and summary analysis of the medical institutions in the quality status of medical products，and from the laws and regulations，standards，problems，countermeasures to solve the four aspects to discuss，and make the reference for the effective use of medical devices in equipment safety.
