摘要：目的 报道1例确诊喉淀粉样变性病例，探讨临床上喉淀粉样变的临床特点及诊治措施。方法 对1例声门上区喉淀粉样变患者行喉部病变活检术，并对临床资料进行分析。结果 患者未手术出院定期复查，术后随访11月，未复发。结论 喉淀粉样变临床表现缺乏特异性，但病理切片刚果红染色阳性可确诊本病，本病进展慢，应长期随访。
