摘要：目的 探讨产前超声检查在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2014年1月～2015年11月在我院筛查出先天性心脏病胎儿336例，随访至产后。结果 336例产前诊断的先天性心脏病的胎儿中，单一结构畸形120例，联合畸形213例和非结构性心脏畸形3例。结论 适当孕周对胎儿予以多切面心脏超声扫查，对胎儿先心病的诊断与干预具有积极的临床指导作用。
