摘要：目的 在重症肺炎常规治疗中联合血必净治疗临床效果观察。方法 选择我科在2012年2月～2014年12月入住的重症肺炎患者98例，随机分为治疗组49例和对照组49例，对照组常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上，予以血必净治疗。结果 治疗组的总有效率(87.75%)明显高于对照组(69.38%)，临床指标变化治疗组明显优于对照组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 血必净与传统西药治疗相比，疗效更显著。
