摘要：目的 探讨自我管理教育对老年糖尿病患者自护能力的影响。方法 对126例老年糖尿病患者实施自我管理教育，观察患者入组时与教育后3个月患者自护能力的变化。结果 126例老年糖尿病患者通过自我饮食、运动、血糖及情绪管理教育后取得良好效果，患者自护能力均有明显改善。结论 对老年糖尿病患者实施团队自我管理教育能明显提高患者自我管理能力。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of self-management education on self-care ability of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with diabetes self-management education，to observe the change of patients at baseline and 3 months after education of patients self-care ability.Results 126 cases of elderly patients with diabetes through self diet，exercise，blood sugar and mood management education achieved good results and the patients'self-care ability were significantly improved.Conclusion The implementation team of self management education can improve the self-management ability of patients with diabetes in elderly patients.
