血清CysC联合Schwartz公式估算GFR在儿童慢性肾脏疾病中的应用(3)
本文通过多方研究表明,血清CysC水平在儿童慢性肾脏病诊断中别具意义,弥补了其他肾小球滤过功能指标的不足,可在GFR轻微降低时升高,较Bun、Scr更敏感,是早期反映GFR的一个更理想。更可靠的内源性指标,其联合Schwartz公式估算GFR对评价儿童轻度肾功能损伤具有重要价值,有效监控慢性肾脏疾病的发展,有助于及时治疗。
