胃食管胸内端侧及“三角”吻合的对比研究(2)
回顾相关资料发现食管癌切除胃食管胸内吻合术后吻合口瘘的死亡率不高，端端三角吻合在以往胃癌根治术研究中也证实并不增加吻合口瘘的死亡率[5]，应用到食管癌后大多认为这种胸内胃食管三角吻合安全可靠[5-6]。本组研究结果也发现全机械胃食管端端吻合减少瘘的发生率，但仍需大样本量证实。
食管癌切除胃食管全机械三角吻合可有效预防吻合口瘘及狭窄的发生，可减轻反流的发生，提高患者术后生活质量，是一种安全、可靠的吻合方式。
