微创美容技术在修复面部皮肤软组织外伤急诊患者临床疗效分析(1)
摘要：目的 探讨微创美容技术在修复急诊面部皮肤软组织外伤的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月～2016年1月于我院急诊科进行面部皮肤软组织外伤修复的患者共100例，将患者按照入院编号，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组患者各50例，对照组患者在接诊后采用常规修复技术进行修复手术治疗；观察组患者在接诊后运用微创美容技术进行修复手术治疗，两组患者在接受各自的手术治疗后，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 ①观察组50例患者在接受运用微创美容技术的手术治疗之后，患者的术中出血量及手术治疗时间明显低于对照组患者，两组患者治疗手术指征比较具有明显差异，P<0.05；②观察组50例患者在接受运用微创美容技术的手术治疗之后，患者的治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组患者，组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异，P<0.05。结论 急诊外科在对面部皮肤软组织外伤患者进行皮肤修复手术时，可以采用微创美容技术。

Clinical Analysis of Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Technique in Repairing Facial Skin and Soft Tissue Trauma Patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive cosmetic technology in emergency repair of facial soft tissue injuries. Methods From January 2014～2016 year in January in the emergency department of our hospital for repair of facial soft tissue trauma patients with a total of 100 cases patients according to the admission number，were randomly divided into two groups，observation group and control group with 50 cases each.Patients in the control group with routine admissions after repair technology to repair surgical treatment；the patients in the observation group using minimally invasive cosmetic technology consultation after surgical repair treatment，patients in the two groups received surgical treatment respectively，compared two groups of patients.Results ①The observation group of 50 patients after surgery with minimally invasive the beauty of technology，patients with blood loss and operative time was significantly lower than the control group patients，two groups of patients surgical indications compared with the difference，P<0.05；②the observation group of 50 patients after surgery with minimally invasive cosmetic technology，the treatment of patients with the total efficiency was higher than that of control group，treatment group comparison has the obvious difference，P<0.05.Conclusion Minimally invasive cosmetic technique can be used in the emergency surgery in patients with skin and soft tissue injury.

微創美容技术指的是临床医务工作者运用手术、药物、医疗器械以及其他医学技术方法对患者的颜面部创伤进行的修复与再塑的医疗活动过程[1]。运用微创美容技术对患者进行面部皮肤软组织外伤修复的目标是通过科学的、技术的及艺术的医学科学知识与技术恢复患者面部形态、面部皮肤组织正常机制及面部轮廓的外在美感，改善患者的生活质量，使患者处于心理上的创伤修复状态[2]。
