增殖性子宫内膜上皮孕激素受体表达情况(2)
孕激素受体在正常子宫内膜中是周期性变化的，介导孕激素的生物学功能，使其和雌激素共同调控子宫内膜上皮的增殖和分化。当PR水平发生变化时，会发生多种子宫内膜病变，如子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生症甚至子宫内膜癌。PRA和PRB两种亚型在正常子宫内膜中以相似的水平在月经周期中增加或者减少，但是由于它们功能的差异，如果PR亚型的比例发生变化，可能会影响孕激素生物活性的正常发挥。因此，孕激素受体保持正常的周期性变化以及受体亚型保持一定比例对于维持子宫内膜的正常形态和功能有重要作用。
