摘要：针对医患双方信息不对称和沟通渠道不顺畅的问题，以患者为中心，从医疗服务的“供给侧结构性改革”出发，设计综合医患沟通的网络平台，从而优化服务流程，实现医患双向良性互动，搜集并处理医患沟通过程中的数据，为医患关系的处理提供决策支持，并利用网络平台对医患双方进行相关医患沟通技巧、死亡教育的宣传普及。
