高度近视性白内障患者手术治疗的临床疗效分析(1)
摘要：目的 分析70例高度近视性白内障患者手术治疗的临床疗效分析。方法 2014年5月～2016年6月选择我院共收治的70例高度近视性白内障患者，并将其作为本次研究对象，全部患者均采取手术治疗，即超声乳化人工晶体植入术，通过患者的治疗，对其治疗效果进行具体分析，并观察患者不良反应与并发症情况，对其进行详细记录。结果 本次研究选择70例患者中，裸眼视力高于0.25有40只眼，占总比例的28.50%，裸眼视力高于0.1有70只眼，占总比例的50.00%，裸眼视力低于0.1有30只眼，占总比例的21.40%。术中后囊破裂患者1例，悬韧带断离患者2例，术后暂时性眼压升高患者3例，经过治疗后眼压恢复正常，术后患者视力明显提高。结论 高度近视性白内障患者进行手术治疗后视力可以得到明显提高，而对患者进行超声乳化与人工晶体植入术治疗，不仅能降低并发症的发病率，而且还可以达到预期治疗效果，值得临床对其推广和使用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment of 70 patients with high myopia cataract.Methods From May 2014 to June 2016，70 cases of high myopia cataract patients admitted to our hospital，and takes it as the research object，all patients were treated by surgical treatment，namely phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation，through the treatment of patients，the treatment of its specific analysis，and observe the adverse reactions and complications of patients，to carry out a detailed record.Results This study selected 70 patients，the uncorrected visual acuity of 40 eyes was higher than 0.25，accounting for 28.50% of the proportion of the total，the uncorrected visual acuity of 70 eyes was higher than 0.1，accounting for 50.00% of the proportion of the total，uncorrected visual acuity less than 0.1 in 30 eyes，the total proportion of 21.40%.Intraoperative posterior capsular rupture in 1 cases，suspensory ligament broken away in 2 cases，postoperative temporary intraocular pressure in 3 patients after treatment，the intraocular pressure returned to normal，the postoperative visual acuity improved significantly.Conclusion The patients with high myopia cataract surgery can significantly improve visual acuity，and phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients，not only can reduce the incidence of complications，but also can achieve the desired therapeutic effect，is worthy of promotion and use.

在白內障疾病中，高度近视性白内障属于较为常见的一种，其发病率相对较高，在临床治疗中主要是以手术治疗(超声乳化与人工晶体植入术)为主，该种治疗方法可以有效提高患者视力，且术中术后并发症与不良反应发生率较低，对患者带来的影响较小。目前，高度近视性白内障临床治疗中，超声乳化与人工晶体植入术治疗方法，因其具有视力矫正、白内障治愈的优势，广泛用于临床治疗中。基于此，下文选择我院70例高度近视性白内障患者，对其治疗效果进行详细研究，总结如下。
1资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
在2014年5月～2016年6月，选择我院共收治的70例高度近视性白内障患者作为本次研究对象，全部患者中男性38例，女性32例，年龄50～76岁，平均年龄(63±3)岁。在70例患者治疗前期，对其白内障病症进行相关检查，其中110只眼睛为并发性白内障，占总比例的78.50%，而其余30只眼睛为混合型白内障，占总比例的21.50%。手术前，测量患者眼轴，其长度均在26.9～32.9 mm，患者晶状体核硬度分级：Ⅳ级，25只眼睛；Ⅲ级，70只眼睛；Ⅱ级，45只眼睛。, 百拇医药(李江 寸永康 何云娇 董天文)
