热休克蛋白90、Bcl—2在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及意义(1)

     摘要：目的 探討热休克蛋白90(Heat shock protein90，HSP90)、Bcl-2(B-cell lymphoma-2)在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学法检测47例卵巢上皮癌组织中HSP90、Bcl-2的表达情况，以25例交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织和13例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织作对照，对结果进行综合分析。结果 在卵巢上皮癌组织中HSP90、Bcl-2的阳性表达比良性和交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达显著增高；在卵巢上皮癌组织中HSP90、Bcl-2的阳性表达随卵巢上皮癌的FIGO临床分期升高，组织分化降低阳性表达增强，并与有无淋巴结转移密切相关；提示二者联合检测对卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展、评估预后及降低肿瘤耐药的发生有重要意义，有助于对患者治疗和预后的监测。结论 联合检测卵巢上皮癌中HSP90、Bcl-2的表达可以成为卵巢上皮癌的早期诊断，监测肿瘤耐药，指导免疫治疗和靶向治疗及判断预后可靠的实验室指标之一。

    Expression and Significance of Heat Shock Protein 90 and Bcl-2 in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the heat shock protein 90(Heat shock，Protein90，HSP90)，Bcl-2(B-cell lymphoma-2)expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of HSP90 and Bcl-2 in 47 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.25 cases of borderline ovarian epithelial tumor and 13 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor were used as controls，the results were comprehensively analyzed.Results The positive expression of HSP90 and Bcl-2 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign and borderline ovarian epithelial tumor tissues.The positive expression of HSP90 and Bcl-2 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was associated with the increase of FIGO of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and the decrease of histological differentiation，and it was closely related to lymph node metastasis.Suggesting that the combination of the two detection of ovarian epithelial cancer in the occurrence， development，assessment of prognosis and reduce the occurrence of tumor resistance is important to help patients with treatment and prognosis of the monitoring.Conclusion The combined detection of HSP90 and Bcl-2 expression in ovarian epithelial carcinoma can be one of the early laboratory indicators of early diagnosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma，monitoring tumor resistance，guiding immunotherapy and targeted therapy and judging prognosis.
