自动乳腺全容积成像对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评估价值(1)
摘要：目的 研究自動乳腺全容积成像对乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗疗效的评估价值，与彩色多普勒超声做比较。方法 选取接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者40例，在化疗前后均进行自动乳腺全容积成像和彩色多普勒超声检查，将检查结果与病理诊断结果做比较，评估2种检查方式的准确性。结果 40例乳腺癌患者经新辅助化疗后，病理诊断为完全缓解11例，部分缓解19例，无缓解10例；自动乳腺全容积成像结果为完全缓解16例，部分缓解16例，无缓解8例。彩色多普勒超声检查结果为完全缓解18例，部分缓解16例，无缓解6例。两者与病理诊断结果比较，McNemar-Bowker检验结果显示，P均>0.05，显示两者的诊断结果与病理检查结果均有一定的相关性；Kappa检验结果显示，自动乳腺全容积成像结果与病理检查结果一致性较好。结论 自动乳腺全容积成像和彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗效果均有一定的评估价值，但自动乳腺全容积成像与病理诊断结果一致性较好，可作为新辅助化疗疗效评价的辅助手段。
