乳腺癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及效果分析(1)
摘要：目的 分析乳腺癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及效果。方法 回顾分析2015年12月～2016年12月在我院行乳腺癌根治術的156例患者临床资料，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者给予针对性手术室护理配合，观察对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，手术成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌根治术患者给予手术室护理配合，可有效提高手术效果，缩短手术时间，提高临床护理满意度，具有临床实施的重要价值。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the operation room nursing method and effect of radical resection of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 156 cases of patients in December 2015～December 2016，in our hospital underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer，which were randomly divided into observation group and control group，78 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，the observation group were given targeted operation room nursing，the nursing effect of two groups were observed.Results The operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group，the amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group，the success rate of operation was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)；The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing cooperation of operation room patients with radical mastectomy can effectively improve the operation effect，shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing. It has important value in clinical practice.

乳腺癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤，是一种全身性疾病，多发于血行转移，临床治疗失败的原因是不能有效控制血行转移[1]。临床手术切除乳房是最有效的方法，常用的手术方法有乳腺癌根治术。手术治疗的原则是最大限度的切除肿瘤，以保护正常组织和功能。为了提高手术治疗效果和护理水平，手术室护理配合是必须的。良好的手术室护理配合，可促进手术的顺利进行，确保手术护理效果，具有不可替代的作用。本文作者结合2015年12月～2016年12月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的156例患者临床资料，分析乳腺癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及效果，现报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
回顾分析2015年12月～2016年12月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的156例患者临床资料，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例。对照组中，年龄34～68岁，平均年龄(49.24±2.60)岁；病程2～6个月，平均病程(5.12±1.40)个月；单侧乳腺癌69例，双侧乳腺癌9例；浸润性导管癌52例，导管内癌18例，其他8例。观察组78例患者年龄35～67岁，平均年龄(48.94±2.42)岁；病程2～7个月，平均病程(5.80± 1.63)个月；单侧乳腺癌70例，双侧乳腺癌8例；浸润性导管癌53例，导管内癌16例，其他9例。两组患者在年龄、病程等基础资料方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。, http://www.100md.com(潘艳辉)
