改良式健康教育运用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理中的效果评价(1)
摘要:目的 探究改良式健康教育运用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理中的效果。方法 在2015年4月~2016年8月选取所在科室70例甲状腺肿瘤手术患者进行统计分析,采用硬币随机分类法将所有的患者分为Ⅱ组和Ⅰ组,每组实验样本为35例。Ⅱ组进行常规的健康教育,Ⅰ组开展改良式健康教育,对两组患者的满意度,焦虑抑郁评分和健康知识掌握情况进行分析。结果 相对于Ⅱ组的患者满意度,Ⅰ组较高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;相对于Ⅱ组患者的焦虑抑郁评分,Ⅰ组的较低,P<0.05,有统计学意义;相对于Ⅱ组患者的健康知识掌握情况,Ⅰ组的较好,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论 在给予甲状腺肿瘤手术患者开展改良式健康教育,患者的满意度显著提高,健康知识掌握情况也不断的改善,值得临床推广。

Effect Evaluation of Modified Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients with Thyroid Tumor Surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of improved health education on the nursing of thyroid cancer patients.Methods In April 2015~August 2016 selected departments of 70 cases of thyroid tumor surgery patients for statistical analysis,using coin classification method,all patients were divided into group II and group I,each group of experimental samples for 35 cases.Group Ⅱ for routine health education,group Ⅰ to carry out improved health education,the two groups of patients with satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores and health knowledge to grasp the situation.Results Compared with group II patients satisfaction,I group was higher,P<0.05,with statistical significance;compared with group II patients with anxiety and depression score,I group was lower,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;compared to the mastery of health knowledge of patients in group II and group I is better,P<0.05,statistically.Conclusion In a given development of improved health education of patients with thyroid tumor surgery,patient satisfaction was significantly improved,the situation also continue to improve the health knowledge,which is worthy of clinical application.

手術治疗是临床上治疗甲状腺肿瘤的常规方法,但是开展该项手术后患者会出现不同程度的心理伤害,导致患者出现各种负面情绪,同时使患者的治疗依存性较差,术后会出现一系列的并发症状[1-2]。因此,患者开展该项手术时,开展有计划、规范化、连续性的健康教育可有效提高患者依存性,改善患者的心理状况[3]。本次研究就改良式健康教育运用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理中的效果进行深入的研究,总结如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
在2015年4月~2016年8月选取所在科室70例甲状腺肿瘤手术患者进行统计分析。纳入标准:两组患者均符合甲状腺肿瘤患者的诊断标准;均是自愿签署责任同意书。排除标准:排除具有严重的肝、肾、心、脑疾病的患者;排除具有严重的器质性病变的患者。采用硬币随机分类法将所有的患者分为Ⅱ组和Ⅰ组,每组各35例。Ⅱ组男18例,女17例,年龄43~83岁,平均年龄(62.6±7.4)岁;学历:初中以下12例,高中/中专13例,大专以上10例。Ⅰ组男19例,女16例,年龄44~84岁,平均年龄(63.5±8.5)岁;学历:初中以下11例,高中/中专15例,大专以上9例。本组研究中两组患者的上述指标差异不显著,P>0.05,可为之后观察指标的系统研究做好铺垫,展开充分的对比。, 百拇医药(熊云霞 彭金香)
