基于BB平台的LBL—PBL双轨教学法在组织胚胎学教学中的应用(1)
摘要:目的 探讨基于BB平台的LBL-PBL双轨教学法在组织胚胎学临床本科教学实践中的应用效果。方法 将2015级临床本科77名学生作为实验组,进行LBL-PBL双轨教学,课程结束后进行问卷调查和期末考试;考试成绩与2014级临床本科80名学生进行对比。结果 期末考试显示2015级学生的理论和实验平均成绩均高于2014级学生,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示超过80%的学生认为LBL-PBL双轨教学法可以提高学习的积极性和主动性,有助于增加课程的理解和记忆。结论 基于BB平台的LBL-PBL双轨教学法可以有效提高组织胚胎学的教学质量。

Application of LBL-PBL Dual-track Teaching Method Based on BB Platform in Tissue Embryology Teaching

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of LBL-PBL dual-track teaching method based on BB platform in clinical practice of tissue and embryology.Methods A total of 77 undergraduates in 2015 were enrolled in this study.LBL-PBL two-track teaching was conducted.After the course, the questionnaire and the final examinations were conducted.The test scores were compared with 80 students in the 2014 undergraduate course.Results The final examination shows the theory and experiment of the grade 2015 students were higher than the average score of students of grade 2014, with statistical difference(P<0.05);the survey results show that more than 80% of the students think that LBL-PBL double track teaching method can improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative,help to increase the understanding and memory of course.Conclusion Based on the BB platform LBL-PBL dual-track teaching method can effectively improve the quality of tissue embryology teaching.

傳统的教学模式即以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning, LBL)以教师为主体,全程灌输式教学,学生被动学习,主观能动性不足。以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning, PBL)是以问题为先导、以学生为中心,通过解决问题学习必要的知识,旨在培养学生自主学习能力及综合思考能力,目前已成为较为流行的医学教育教学方法[1]。组织胚胎学是一门应用显微镜技术来研究人体微细结构及其相关功能的学科,是学习其他医学课程的基础,具有抽象、晦涩难懂的特点。实践证明,采用传统的LBL教学法进行组织胚胎学的教学容易导致学生失去学习兴趣,难以达到理想的教学质量。我教研室根据首都医科大学教学改革的要求,采用基于Blackboard(简称BB)平台的LBL和PBL序贯、双轨的教学模式对临床本科学生进行教学[2],探索组织胚胎学教学新的教学模式,以期提高教学质量。

1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
以我院2015级临床医学专业本科班学生77名为实验组,以2014级临床医学专业本科班学生80名为对照组,两组学生均为高考统招生,在性别、年龄方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),见表1。
1.2方法
1.2.1传统LBL教学 对2014级临床本科生采取传统的LBL教学模式,所有章节均是以教师讲授、学生听讲的面对面方式进行。
1.2.2 LBL-PBL双轨教学 对2015级临床本科生采取LBL-PBL序贯、双轨教学模式,绪论、细胞、基本组织章节采用LBL教学,器官和系统章节采用PBL教学。PBL教学具体步骤为:在BB平台上:①提前1周上传微课作为预备课程,主要是理论授课的重点内容;②留测试题检测学生的学习效果;③在讨论板块提供一个临床案例,吸引学生兴趣,鼓励有能力的学生进一步预习教材、查找资料,自己寻找答案;④学生根据查找的相关资料分组讨论。在课堂上:①对预备课程进行总结概括,进一步加深学生的记忆;②根据教学大纲讲授本节剩余内容;③课上讨论,学生交流,教师分析,对学生的讨论结果进行点评。, 百拇医药(邢安凤 纪颖)
