全面护理模式在胆结石患者护理中的效果分析(1)

     摘要：目的 探究胆结石患者运用全面护理模式的临床成效。方法 选取我院2015年10月～2016年6月入院的胆结石患者80例，按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。给予对照组患者常规基础护理，在基础护理的基础上，对观察组患者实施全面护理模式。对两组患者的治疗总有效率及护理满意度进行比较。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%，观察组患者显著优于对照组，两组患者之间差异明显(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义；观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%，对照组护理满意度为80.00%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组患者之间差异显著(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论 胆结石患者运用全面护理模式的临床成效显著，有效提高治疗有效率和患者满意度，应在临床大力推广应用。

    Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Mode in Nursing Care of Patients with Gallstone

    Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing model in patients with gallstones.Methods 80 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized grouping method.40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，on the basis of basic nursing，the patients in the observation group implement comprehensive nursing mode.Treatment of the two groups of patients were compared with the total efficiency and the satisfaction of nursing. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%，control group total effective rate was 80.00%，the observation group of patients was significantly better than the control group，the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05)，with statistical significance； the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100.00%，the control group of nursing satisfaction was 80.00%，the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05)，with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with gallstone is significant，which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction， and should be widely applied in clinical practice.

    膽结石是一种临床常见病，多发生于人体胆囊内，女性多于男性。近年来，我国胆囊胆固醇结石的发生率不断增高，严重影响了人们身体健康，加强胆结石患者的积极治疗和护理尤为重要。本文为探究胆结石患者运用全面护理模式的临床效果，选取我院2015年10月～2016年6月入院的胆结石患者80例作为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。

    1资料与方法

    1.1一般资料

    资料来源于我院2015年10月～2016年6月收治胆结石患者80例，通过随机分组法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组中男17例，女23例，年龄20～60岁，平均年龄(40±1.2)岁，病程2～10年，平均病程(6±1.3)年；对照组中男19例，女21例，年龄25～70岁，平均年龄(47±2.1)岁，病程3～15年，平均病程(9±1.5)年。两组患者在年龄、性别、病程等一般资料上无显著差异(P>0.05)，可以进行比较分析。, http://www.100md.com(任琼)
