肾病综合征患者血清CA125临床意义研究(3)
从本研究结果可以看出，肾病综合征患者血清CA125水平较正常对照组明显升高，血清白蛋白<20 g/L及伴有浆膜腔积液患者血清CA125水平升高较血清白蛋白>20 g/L及无浆膜腔积液患者明显升高，并经治疗后随病情好转血清CA125水平也随之下降。
綜上所述，当发现肾病综合征患者血清中CA125 的水平升高时，不仅要考虑可引起血中 CA125 值升高的常见疾病还要考虑有合并浆膜腔积液的可能。
