生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的 探討生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年2月～2017年2月我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者70例，按照随机数字抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组给予生长抑素治疗，观察组给予生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗，比较患者治疗前后血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、门冬酸氨基转酶(AST)、血定粉酶(AMY)、血清内毒素(ET)水平，统计治疗后患者的腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、排气恢复、腹部压痛消失时间，比较患者治疗后局部并发症和死亡率情况。结果 观察组患者的LDH、AST、AMY、ET水平显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的腹痛、腹胀、腹压痛消失时间及排气恢复时间均显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组与对照组死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 重症急性胰腺炎患者给予生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗显著改善患者LDH、AST、AMY及ET水平，可以缩短住院时间，并发症少，具有积极的推广意义。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with traditional Chinese medicine pancreatitis mixture in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 70 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with somatostatin，the observation group was treated with somatostatin+traditional Chinese medicine pancreatitis mixture.The levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)，aspartate aminotransferase(AST)，blood amylase(AMY)，the level of serum endotoxin(ET)，the time of disappearance of abdominal pain，disappearance of abdominal distension，the recovery of exhaust and the disappearance of abdominal tenderness after treatment.The local complications and mortality after treatment were compared. Results The levels of LDH，AST，AMY and ET in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group，the difference is statistically significant，(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of abdominal pain，abdominal distension，abdominal tenderness and the recovery time of exhaust in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)，but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of somatostatin combined with Chinese medicine Pan Yan Mixture in patients with severe acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the levels of LDH，AST，AMY and ET in patients with severe acute pancreatitis，which can shorten the length of hospital stay and have fewer complications，which has a positive promotion., 百拇医药(罗冬冬 谢光荣)
