布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌防治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻临床效果观察(1)

     摘 要:目的 探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌在防治婴幼儿抗生素相关腹泻(AAD)中的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年6月在我院儿科因肺炎住院需用抗生素治疗的患儿86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采用布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌,对照组未给予任何益生菌及锌制剂,两组患儿均常规给予抗生素类药物及对症治疗。结果 观察组AAD发生率(23.26%)低于对照组(46.51%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组AAD治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌能有效降低婴幼儿肺炎患儿发生AAD的发生率,缩短AAD的病程,减轻ADD症状,未发现不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。

    Clinical Effect of Saccharomyces Brassicus Combined with Zinc Gluconate on the Prevention and Treatment of Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea in Infants

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with zinc gluconate in the prevention and treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea in infants and children.Methods 86 children who were treated with antibiotics in the hospital of pediatrics in our hospital in January 2016~2017 and June were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 43 cases.The observation group with Saccharomyces boulardii combined with zinc gluconate,while the control group did not give any probiotics and zinc preparations,two groups were given conventional antibiotics and symptomatic treatment. Results The incidence of AAD in the observation group(23.26%)was lower than that in the control group(46.51%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of AAD in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(55.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with zinc gluconate can effectively reduce the incidence of AAD in infants with pneumonia,shorten the course of AAD,reduce the symptoms of ADD,found no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.

    嬰幼儿肺炎是儿科发病率最高的疾病之一,临床上常需使用抗生素治疗,其中抗生素相关性腹泻(antibiotic-associated diarrhea,AAD)是临床中较为常见的并发症,有研究表明,使用广谱抗生素的肺炎患儿AAD的发生率高达11%~40%[1]。在临床上,微生态制剂是预防抗生素相关腹泻的主要药物[2]。布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌对AAD有良好预防及治疗作用,现报告如下。

    1资料与方法

    1.1一般资料 选择2016年1月~2017年6月在我院儿科因肺炎住院的婴幼儿86例。纳入与排除标准:①入院治疗时未发生腹泻,应用抗生素治疗后发生腹泻;②每日大便次数≥2次,伴大便性状改变如水样便或蛋花汤样便等,持续48 h以上;③大便细菌培养结果为阴性;④排除其他原因引起的腹泻;⑤患儿家属知情同意[3]。将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。治疗组男25例,女18例,年龄0.7~2.5岁,平均年龄(1.68±0.86)岁;对照组男24例,女19例,年龄0.8~2.6岁,平均年龄(1.59±0.65)岁。两组患儿的一般资料经过对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(傅锡霖 陈俊鸿 季坚卫)
