北京某三甲医院移动医疗APP的发展及瓶颈分析(1)
摘 要：本文梳理国内外医疗相关APP相关文献，结合北京佑安医院用于慢性肝病患者随访管理的移动医疗APP的研发应用经验，认为目前慢性疾病管理APP具有预约挂号、健康科普、疾病咨询监测及评价、数据收集等模块与功能，讨论移动医疗APP优势及不足，分析发展中存在的问题及瓶颈，如投资风险大、软件同质性高、未探索出较好的收益模式、咨询服务以轻问诊为主且服务项目收费缺少名目，难以通过審计与财务部门审核，数据利用程度低等。提出医疗相关APP未来发展的合理建议：①做好APP应用激励机制设计，更好的服务慢性疾病患者管理；②软件从实用性上需减少用户负担，界面友好，软件管理专业化，纳入更多的专业人才；③国家需明确移动医疗的监管框架，促进移动医疗APP行业良性发展。

The Development and Bottleneck Analysis of Mobile Medical APP in a Third Grade Hospital in Beijing

Abstract：In this paper，we review domestic and international medical-related APP related documents，and combine the experience of R&D and application of Beijing You'an Hospital for the management of patients with chronic liver disease.We believe that the current chronic disease management APP has an appointment registration，health science，and disease consultation monitoring and evaluation. Modules and functions such as data collection， discussing advantages and disadvantages of mobile medical APP，analyzing problems and bottlenecks in development，such as investment risk，high software homogeneity，failure to explore a better revenue model， consulting services to light inquiry，and lack of services project fees，it is difficult to audit and audit the financial department，the degree of data use is low.Suggestions for the development of medical-related APP in the future：①Make APP application incentive mechanism design to better serve the management of patients with chronic diseases；②Software needs to reduce user burden from practicality， friendly interface，specialization in software management，and incorporate more professional talents； ③Countries need to define mobile health care the regulatory framework promotes healthy development of the mobile medical APP industry.

在我国医疗卫生体制改革推动下，医疗卫生信息化建设迅速发展，伴随着移动互联网技术及智能终端设备的开发应用，移动医疗已成为热门领域并应用于慢性疾病的管理中。健康管理APP(application)是指与医疗相关的智能手机的第三方应用程序，我国医疗APP的发展历程较短，2011年开始出现移动医疗的概念，同时期“春雨掌上医生”上线[1]，2015年全球与医疗相关的APP有2万多个，我国大约有2000多款医疗相关APP软件[2]，其中与慢性疾病相关的APP有200多个，如Omada Health、Welldoc、Vida、微糖等。医疗相关APP软件功能集中在预约挂号、职能分诊、检查化验结果查询、医院科室导航、用药提醒记录、健康科普、慢性病监测及数据跟踪收集、在线医师咨询、费用支付等。北京佑安医院慢病管理中心自2014年与第三方研发公司合作，共同开发了两款应用于慢性肝病患者随访管理的医疗APP，重点监测慢性肝病患者的用药及搭建医患沟通的平台。本文通过梳理医疗相关APP文献，并结合我院APP研发与应用中总结的经验，为医疗APP未来发展提出合理的建议。, 百拇医药(孟雯 李雪梅 刘梦佳 李燕冰 罗娜 刘荣梅)
