便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪实际方法检测血糖结果比对分析(1)
摘 要：目的 通过京都GT-1640便携式血糖仪与日立7600全自动生化分析仪测定血糖结果的比对，评价京都GT-1640便携式血糖仪的准确性。方法 选择献县中医医院门诊及住院糖尿病患者100例，同一患者同时采集末梢血和静脉血，分别利用京都GT-1640便携式血糖仪和日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测血糖。结果 京都GT-1640便携式血糖仪与日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果，无统计学差异(P>0.05)，准确系数>0.981，准确性较好。结论 京都GT-1640便携式血糖仪性能较稳定、重复性较好、准确性较高。

Comparison and Analysis of the Results of Blood Glucose Detection by Portable Blood Glucose Analyzer and Biochemical Analyzer

Abstract：Objective The Kyoto GT-1640 portable blood glucose meter and blood glucose results Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer alignment accuracy evaluation of Kyoto GT-1640 portable blood glucose meter.Methods The Xianxian county Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and inpatient diabetes patients in 100 cases，the same patients were collected from the peripheral blood and venous blood，respectively using the Kyoto GT-1640 portable blood glucose meter and Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer to detect blood glucose.Results Kyoto GT-1640 portable blood glucose meter and Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the blood glucose results，no significant difference(P>0.05)，the accuracy coefficient is >0.981 and the accuracy is good.Conclusion Kyoto GT-1640 portable blood glucose meter has stable performance，good repeatability and high accuracy.

目前便携式血糖仪的检验质量控制方法，多采用同一静脉血标本分别进行便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪检测血糖结果比对的方法，以验证便携式血糖仪检测结果的准确性，但是在实际工作中便携式血糖仪常规检测血糖采用的是末梢血，生化分析仪检测血糖采用的是静脉血，而且便携式血糖仪检测末梢血和静脉血有一定的差异性 [1]。因此，用同一静脉血标本作为两种仪器检测血糖与实际不符，难以确定便携式血糖仪检测结果的可靠性[2]。我们选用两种仪器各自实际测定方法检测血糖，用实际检测结果进行对比，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料 随机选择献县中医医院2016年10月～2017年1月门诊和住院糖尿病患者100例，糖尿病病程均在2年以上，其中男性57例，女性43例，年龄33～85岁，平均年龄(63.74±10.12)岁，同一患者同时采集末梢血和静脉血检测血糖，两次采血间隔时间不超过2 min，末梢血和静脉血检测血糖具有可比性。

1.2儀器与试剂 选择京都GT-1640型便携式血糖仪及其配套血糖检测试纸条，严格按着操作说明书检测。选择日立7600全自动生化分析仪，血糖检测试剂由迈克公司提供，并参加河北省临床检验中心室间质量评价合格，每次进行室内质量控制检测结果在控。
1.3方法 利用京都GT-1640型血糖仪检测末梢血血糖，采集左手无名指末端指腹血，弃去第一滴血，将第二滴末梢血滴于试剂检测区，然后把试纸插入便携式血糖仪进行测定并记录结果；利用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测静脉血血糖，采集患者同侧上肢肘静脉血2 ml，促凝管分离血清，2 h完成测定并记录结果。以日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果为参照，以京都GT-1640型便携式血糖仪检测血糖结果为评价对象，分析京都GT-1640型便携式血糖仪检测血糖结果的准确性。, http://www.100md.com(刘立宁)
