整脊疗法配合针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的 觀察整脊疗法配合针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 将2016年12月～2017年3月在我院接受治疗的70例CSR患者随机分成研究组(36例)和对照组(34例)，研究组患者采用整脊疗法配合针灸疗法治疗，对照组患者采用针灸疗法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及疗效评分情况。结果 治疗后研究组总有效率为94.44%，对照组患者总有效率为73.53%，研究组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相较于治疗前，两组患者治疗后的VAS和疗效评分均有明显改善，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后研究组VAS评分为(2.07±0.30)分，低于对照组的(3.24±0.47)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组疗效评分为(26.38±2.97)分，高于对照组的(20.17±3.24)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 整脊针灸两种疗法配合使用治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果明显优于单纯采用针灸疗法，能够提高总有效率，降低患者VAS评分，使患者的工作和生活能力恢复正常。
