摘 要：目的 通过介绍OA系统的工作流的原理、表单和流程设计、流转、查询、监控、超时统计分析、工作委托等主要功能，分析了医院工作流程标准化的需求，结果使医院实行工作流程规范化、标准化的管理，增加了管理工作的公正性与公开性，提高流程运转效率，为主管部门领导管理和决策提供依据。
